Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, Inside Sales Representative - Business Development will be responsible for conducting telephone prospecting to potential customers in the market for SMEs and Large Enterprise in order to increase customer of the company. Tasks and responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities
Create lists of potential customers
solicit potential clients by phone and develop business relationships
Present and explain services Voysis IP Solution and schedule an appointment with the director of Sales.
Liaise with business people via different media (telephone, e-mail Skype, linkedin and other social media)
Assess the business potential of each prospect
Follow up with prospects joined documenting their file (comments, feedback, questions,etc).
Assist in the generation of prospect for the external sales force -
Provide proactive reporting on purchase history and trend analysis. - Enjoy the product training and licensing.
Update databases. develop new accounts
Manage the daily relationship with existing customers and developing
Achieve and exceed objectives and sales call.
Bachelor's degree or DEP completed
1-2 years experience in customer service and business development - an asset
Experience with Toronto clients is an asset
Fully bilingual in both oral and written (French-English) - essential.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Sales Force, Tirgerpaw etc ...
Good knowledge of télécom products: Ip Phone system, with solution of collaboration,
mobility, contact call center, recording etc. ...
Autonomy, good judgment, sense of organization.
