Our customer’s service department will be receiving your request and sending you a confirmation via email of your service report with estimate time of completion of the work.

Please note, all service calls are done within 24 hours.


Emergency requests

All emergency calls (downs*) between 8-17hrs Monday to Friday:

Please call our service center at 514.667.8600 and dial 1.

Our customer’s service department will be answering receive the call, assign a reference number and will test with you to ensure what is the cause of the problem.

 

  • A technician will be assign to the emergency request and contact the client within the first 15minutes of receives the call and remote into the system to diagnose and solve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely; the technician will be onsite within the two hours after he or she has diagnose the issue.
